The other demographic you need to consider, which will have another knock-on effect on high street stores, is the eldest generation, many of whom have not managed to master the use of the internet. Although it is not so common nowadays, it may become the thing of the future and even though we may not make the final decision nowadays just from the internet, we use the information we find on the internet to help us considerably in our hunt for property.

There is so much information that we can find from the internet when looking for our new home here or abroad and not just the property details on the estate agents' sites. We can look up whether a potential property is in a flood area on the internet and find out important information about the area it is in such as crime rate and other important statistics.
